2. Are your materials suitable for pharmaceutical and biotech applications?
Yes. All wetted parts in our equipment are fabricated from 316L stainless steel or borosilicate glass 3.3. Our reactors and distillation systems feature electropolished surfaces (Ra ≤ 0.4 µm) meeting cGMP and USP <788> particulate standards. We also offer Hastelloy C-276 options for highly corrosive processes. Every instrument is supplied with a material certificate and hydrostatic test report.
3. What are the available capacity ranges for your wiped film molecular distillation units?
Our YMD series includes models from 0.1 kg/h (YMD-080 in stock) up to 100 kg/h for pilot and production scale. The YMD-080 delivers throughput of 0.1–4 kg/h with a vacuum level down to <0.1 mbar. We provide detailed performance curves for your specific feed material. Extended surface area and triple-jacket heating options are available for temperature-sensitive compounds.
4. How do I select the correct rotary evaporator for my application?
Selection depends on your solvent volume, boiling point range, and target recovery rate. Our standard rotary evaporators range from 2L to 50L flask capacity with motorized lift and PLC touchscreen control. We recommend a 5L model for R&D labs and 20L+ for kilo-scale processing. All models include PTFE-coated condenser coils and automatic distillation endpoint detection. We provide a free application questionnaire to match the ideal configuration.
5. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and typical lead time?
MOQ is one unit for standard models (e.g., YMD-080, 5L rotary evaporator). For customized configurations (Hastelloy wetted parts, special glass, explosion-proof electronics), MOQ is 2–5 units depending on complexity. Production lead time is 30–45 working days for standard units. Custom engineering builds require 6–10 weeks. We maintain a modest inventory of in-stock units for rapid deployment.
6. What after-sales support and technical documentation do you provide?
Every system ships with a comprehensive documentation package: installation manual, IQ/OQ protocol, preventive maintenance schedule, and a certificate of compliance. We offer 12-month warranty on parts and labor. Our engineers provide remote troubleshooting via video call within 2 business hours, and on-site commissioning support is available for qualifying orders.
